I so so love how our processing unfolds when we are open to it, and are committed to unraveling the aspects of our human self that are keeping us separated from our soul self, our true self, from expressing our potential and from living a life of freedom of expression in who we truly are.
The moment I thought of doing this episode, my processing presented me with the first bit of conditioning for me to unravel, thought, and belief. Then memories of conditioning I have worked with during my life flooded my consciousness, supporting me to check if there was further unraveling to do. The most significant opportunity for me to unravel conditioning was in the actual recording of the episode.
My desire to get it right and perfect was thwarted every step of the process of recording, and when I finally realized what was going on, this was when I embraced the opportunity to yet again free myself of some restrictions I had placed on myself. Your conditioning comes in so many different forms and is expressed in so many ways, and it keeps you safe, comfortable, predictable, and suppressed. The more you open yourself up to embracing your conditioning because it is an opportunity for you to free up who you are, the more your system will assist you in the process, and the more magical your life becomes.
