Integration, is the bringing together of two or more aspects of yourself so that you can be whole. If only it was that simple, but in reality, it is when you want to know what you are to integrate, how to identify when you are experiencing your integration process, and how to integrate each element of you, during your human adventure back to your soul self.

There are three key areas for integration, but they entail many components for you to work with. So come explore the integration process for the evolvement of your human self, so that you can become whole again, which creates the space for your soul self to shine through.

THIS EPISODE

  • Understand what the integration process is that is required for you to journey back to your soul self
  • Explore the three different areas of integration
  • Understand the components of each of these areas, that call you to work with them
  • Encouraged to embrace the painful processes and the joyful processes as opportunities for integration of you
  • Be guided as to a self-facilitation activity for you to explore you
